The non-toxic, odorless, hypoallergenic material is skin compatible and Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® (98.0.2425) certified, which approves use on direct skin contact and newborns. Beyond that, Technogel® has flexible, moldable, self-adhesive, and shock-absorbing properties, and thanks to its 3D deforming abilities, it distributes pressure evenly.
Moreover, the color and Shore hardness can be customized, making it suitable for cushioning, vibration-damping, sealing, and shock-absorbing tasks.

3D support for individual needs
Technogel® molds itself like water, but offers the support of a solid material. It reacts in a unique way to your body, relieving pressure without restricting movement. Unlike foam, our gel gradually conforms in all directions to distribute your weight evenly from head to toe. It alleviates tension and maintains proper spinal alignment while permitting a natural freedom of movement.
Investigations have shown that lying on a thick surface layer of Technogel® relieves more pressure than standard-foam or memory-foam mattresses. Because, unlike foam, Technogel® conforms gradually in all directions (up/down, right/left, etc.) to distribute weight evenly. This results in the feeling you are lying on the mattress, not on the bed. That is good news, because fewer pressure points have been correlated with better blood circulation and less waking up with numbness or sore joints. Technogel® makes a decisive difference: It’s the perfect blend of comfort and ergonomic support.
Thermoregulation
Thanks to the thermal properties of this patented gel, it disperses body heat to help maintain a comfortable environment for sleeping. An innovative tower–grid design also promotes airflow to help enhance thermoregulation.
