Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Saudi Arabia. If your delivery address falls outside these areas, please contact our customer service for assistance.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Delivery Timeframe: Our standard delivery timeframe is 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery Charges: Sleeping Plaza offers free standard shipping on all orders within our delivery areas. For expedited or special delivery services, additional charges may apply. These charges will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

Delivery Confirmation: Upon successful delivery, we will send you a confirmation email. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address. If you are unavailable, our delivery team will make reasonable efforts to contact you and rearrange delivery.

Missed Deliveries: In the event of a missed delivery, our team will attempt to contact you to arrange a suitable redelivery time. If we are unable to reach you, the package will be held at our distribution center for a limited time, and additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.
