Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Policy

Delivery Commitment: At Sleeping Plaza we take pride in our commitment to providing prompt and reliable delivery services. Our goal is to deliver any item that is in stock within 3 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Saudi Arabia. If your delivery address falls outside these areas, please contact our customer service for assistance.

Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Shipping Methods: All deliveries are conducted by our in-house delivery team to ensure the highest standards of service. We do not utilize third-party courier services. This allows us to maintain control over the entire delivery process, ensuring your items are handled with care.

Delivery Timeframe: Our standard delivery timeframe is 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. While we strive to meet this commitment, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or other external factors may affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery in real-time. This allows you to stay informed about the status of your shipment.

Delivery Charges: Sleeping Plaza offers free standard shipping on all orders within our delivery areas. For expedited or special delivery services, additional charges may apply. These charges will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.

Delivery Confirmation: Upon successful delivery, we will send you a confirmation email. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the package at the provided delivery address. If you are unavailable, our delivery team will make reasonable efforts to contact you and rearrange delivery.

Missed Deliveries: In the event of a missed delivery, our team will attempt to contact you to arrange a suitable redelivery time. If we are unable to reach you, the package will be held at our distribution center for a limited time, and additional charges may apply for redelivery attempts.
