The body types are all about the relationship of your shoulders and hips compared to your waist. We distinguish between body types X, Y, A and I. Height and weight play no role in this. These are important for the firmness of your mattress. Auping Elite is available in four body types (X, I, A and Y) and three firmness categories (soft, medium and firm).
