Designed in 2007, the Original is part of a family of iconic beds. The design was inspired by the Cleopatra, one of Auping's first design classics. In 2014, the Auping Original was awarded the Good Industrial Design (GIO) award. Besides design, this award is mainly about function, originality and innovation.
